Shipping , Payment , Returns and Warranties

 

DELIVERIES

Costura Ponto Lda offers its customers two ways to receive the products purchased in our Online Store.

The customer may choose to pick up his order at our store or send it through TNT services or another carrier selected by Costura Ponto Lda.

If the Customer opts for shipping, the cost of transport will be added to the value of the order.

Attention: In the case of orders that are returned to our facilities (Costura Ponto Lda), after being sent by TNT or another carrier and due to the absence of the receiver or any other situation that is unrelated to Costura Ponto Lda, new shipping costs may be charged .

 

MAXIMUM SHIPPING TIME

We try to send all items in order to receive them within 24 hours after order validation.

However, if there is a stock outage of any item, this period may be extended to a maximum of 30 working days.

If there is a stock break, and the item has a longer delivery time, the customer will be informed of this delay and will be able to decide whether to maintain or cancel the order.

 

VALUE OF SHIPPING/TRANSPORTATION

If you want to purchase sewing machines, or any other item weighing more than 2 KG, you should consult us before finalizing the order, so that the correct value of the transport can be given, this contact should be made through the email: geral@costura.pt

 

 

PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose the payment method by BANK REFERENCE or PAYPAL, it is not necessary to send proof of payment, as we will be notified when you do.

You can choose the Bank Transfer method of payment, however the order will only be sent after we receive the amount to be paid in our account.

 

PRODUCTS

Unless otherwise indicated, prices are always for one unit.

Attention: Due to possible changes in suppliers, the images of the products may not correspond exactly to the product, so we advise you to contact us whenever you have doubts in order to have a complete clarification.

In case of stock outage, Costura Ponto Lda cannot guarantee that the price of the product will not change, or that it will be able to supply it, however the shipment will only be made after the customer is informed and agrees to keep the order.

 

RETURNS

Under the terms of DL nº 143/2001, of April 26, namely its art. 6, the consumer has the right to freely terminate the contract within 14 days, provided that it is in proper conditions of use (including original packaging, manuals and accessories).

Only the value of the product will be refunded, shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, in any and all circumstances.

 

GUARANTEES

Equipment warranties always work in accordance with the conditions established by the manufacturer.

Warranties DO NOT cover:

The cost of transporting the damaged material

Damage caused by misuse or abuse.

Damage caused by transport outside the original packaging.

Damage caused by poor protection of equipment.

Equipment opened by entities outside Bolsibotao Lda.

Equipment that has undergone repair attempts, or even repair, outside our assistance services.

After acceptance, the object in complaint will be sent to the respective assistance service.
